When making a donation on-line you will have the option to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring donation on a weekly or monthly frequency. The start date for weekly donations must be set to a Monday, the start date for monthly donations must be set to either the 1st or 15th of the month, and the date for one-time donations must be either the 1st or the 15th of the month. You may make donations in one of two ways. By using a credit/debit card or by an ACH transaction using a checking or savings account. You will have an option to help offset the fees paid by the church for processing these transactions by increasing your donation by 3% for credit/debit card transactions or by adding an amount for ACH transactions. The fee paid by the church for an ACH transaction is 45 cents plus 1% of the donation amount.
If you provide an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail from the church acknowledging your donation. You will also have the opportunity to create a profile using your e-mail address. Having a profile will give you the ability to change or stop a recurring donation at any time and also allow you to view and print your online donation history.
For record keeping purposes, the Financial Secretary and the Treasurer of the congregation will have access to the details of all on-line donations.
